Tired of having one-sided conversations
with Heero, Duo comes up with for the two of them to play
where they make up lies to tell each other, and somehow
convinces Heero to play.
This IS NOT one of those lame,
stupid-Duo-whining-to-get-Heero-to-play-a-game-with-him
fics. It's quiet, revealing, and some of the lies really
tug on the heartstrings once you realize where the story
is headed.
Good story. Sad, but only in the revelations
it brings about Heero and Duo's lives - no one dies or
is in any way harmed. It's more that the sadness is in
the truth of what war really means for these boys.
